Innovation is undoubtedly enriched when there is collaboration between different parties and these bring their experiences, know-how, network and challenges into the project and therefore enhance and strengthen the quality of the outcome. Nevertheless, physical distance and sometimes hectic daily lives requires that such collaborations are led with certain rhythm and cohesion ensuring that the value is captured and that its participants don’t just drift away.
In this session we will hear from two expert institutions, one has established an entrepreneurial infrastructure onsite taking advantage of physical proximity and the other established a global research platform where geography has no impact and challenges on IP and other regional topics have been overcome.
Go beyond the established and be inspired by these examples to set-up your own successful collaborative environment.
